Aluminium Thick Gauge Slitter

Instead of millions of investment in aluminium coil casting line, we provide a aluminium coil slitter line, which can slit heavy gauge Max. 10~15mm by coils. It's more efficient, more economic in industrial practice.

High Speed Precise Press

Our aluminium slug press is designed to punch faster (max.260 stroke/munite) and thicker range of blank plate. It is perfect solution to the customer who need largest capacity with lower cost of budget. Equiped with Servo feeder and coil feeding control system, the aluminium slugs are hardly have any flawed pieces at high speed punching process.

Aluminium Slug Annealing Furnace

We have two kind of aluminium slug annealing furnace option-push trolley furnace and mesh-belt furnace. Both type of annealing furnaces are good and stable to process the aluminium slugs with even temperature distribution and ideal metal grain. The mesh-belt furnace can process the slugs with less scratch and pressure hurt on the surface, but the cost is corresponding higher and suitable to customers with a higher budget and target end market of top level.
