Aluminium slug is an extrusion blank stamped out of aluminium coil or sheet. The aluminium master coil is usually made by 1050, or 1070 pure aluminium, pure 99.7% aluminium has stable metal grain structure and good formability. We cast the aluminium coil by rotary casting line and cold rolling process provide good flatness shape and micro structure. Our high speed precision presses stamp the slugs in good verticality and shave angle, then the aluminium slugs enter vibrition process and get the surface tumbled to proper roughness.
