Product Description
Fuchuan Metal provide customized aluminium alloys to customers' need. The aluminium slab is cast with different aluminium alloys, with central layer by 3003 or 3003mod (modified) as bone layer. The surface layers clad with high Si alloy, like 4343, 4045 or 4343+Zn,etc. with better brazing and recrystallization properties.
The clad aluminium sheet has high requirement to the surface quality and thickness control quality. Uneven microscope structure of the cladding layer will lead to brazing abcission or part brazing failure. Fuchuan metal cladding aluminium plate has good performance of brazing properties presents with long-life, anti-corrosion and even micro metal grain distribution.
Product Application
Cladding aluminium coil and sheet are widely used as raw material of auto heat exchangers, oil coolers, A/C system and battery heat exchangers.
