How to choose internal lacquer coating of aluminium can? 

Aerosol product manufacturers are facing crucial competition on the market. They need good qualifed and super grade packing containers from aluminium aerosol can makers, to get outsanding competition advantage.

A successful aluminium aerosol can should reach all technical standards and has satisfying print. Meanwhile they should bear an inner coating lacquer suitable to it's content.

1. Different formula of fillers and propallents should choose aluminium aerosol can with different coating lacquers.

The aerosol product makers should conduct necessary experiment to test compatibility between the filler and lacquer coating. Regular experiment of test is to fill the aluminium can with filler. Store into 48~50℃ environment in two months, and find if there are negative reaction on the internal coating. This expriment accelerates poential corrosion reaction. If the filler content is not compatible to the inner coating of the aluminium can, blister or other kinds of damage may happens to the inner coating and base metal aluminiu shall expose. And micro battery at the breakage of inner coating lacquer will hurt the metal and lead to crack and corrosion perforation as final.

2. Serious blister or stripping may lead to fragments enter the pipette valve and cause partial or complete blockage of the valve. So even the aluminium metal base did not corrode, the above phenomenon may lead to problems.

Since the perforation or stipping caused by negative reaction between the fillers and aluminium aerosol can inner coating happened, esp. in the medicine field. It's very important to choose proper inner coating lacquer.
