Product Description
The aluminium EOE beverage can body is made by aluminium coils with alloy 3104. The 3104 alloy has good tensile strength and suitable flexibility to extrude into can shape. The ingots are remlet and cast into a aluminium slab weights 10tons. And the slab enter hot rolling into 4~10mm master coil. And the cold rolling process will reduce the thickness to target and then coat with lubricant lacquer.
We choose coating lacquer from global brand like Henkel. And our customers can customize a lacquer to meet special content requirements. The aluminium coil with lacquer protection can shield the filling liquid from corrosion and contact with alminium base.
