Conical blades ago discs

Material applies 65Mn Spring Steel and boron steel. Heat treatment hardness is diferent according to material manganing and giving hardness 38-45HRC for boron material. Boron steel hardness is 45-48HRC. Customized material is avaible to requirement.
Machining disk diameter from 12” to 40” , thickness from 3mm to 12mm. The shapes offer notched, smoothed, flat, waved and so on. We are capable to produce aoocording to customers' design.
