2. There is no color shedding after 30 times of wiping on the print surface of aluminium collapsible tube by 50% of ethanol.

3. No residue of aluminium slug processing, or burs,foreign objective.

4. No aluminium alloy chippings by 10 time swirling up and down under 2 times vision.

Aluminium Tube Coating Flexibility&Adhesion Test

Sheathe the aluminium tube onto the experiment device from the tube end; Press the tube body into bandy and currogated shape swiftly; Grab the bucking tube and span it back into cartridge shape; Shear the collapsible tube body and stretch it into flat. There is no coating shedding or crack occured on coating surface.

Swirling up and down the cap twice, checking matching status.

Aluminium Collapsibe Tube End Paint Test

No sagging on the surface of tail and the surface should be smooth even coated by visual observation.

Sealing&Tightness Test to Pharmeutical Aluminum Tubes

Pharmeutical aluminum tubes with cap immersion into 10~30℃ water with 10mm beneath water surface. 0.2Mpa air injected from the end of tube and holding 5 seconds under water, there is no air bubbles generated.

Inner Coating Continuity Test

Inner coating continuity test is imposed by professional test device and carry out the test according to instructures.

Aluminium Rigid Tube Inner Coating Chemical Stability Test

Shear the aluminium collapsible tube and stretch it into flat sheet. Wiping the inner coating wall by 30 times with acetone cotton ball. There is no coating shedding.
