Aluminium Slug Production

The aluminium slugs are produced by six steps: casting,punching process, annealing, vibrating/tumbling treatment, inspection and packaging process.

Aluminium coil casting: Fuchuan Metal casting process use primary aluminium (al.>=99.7%) and inplenment strict online degassing management, which gurantee the origin material of aluminium slugs having perfect extrusion performance.

Aluminium slug punching: we have eleven punching machine with daily process capability of 100 ton. Fuchuan Metal tooling center has more than 400 difference gauge of die ready to cover customers' gauge requirement. The aluminium slugs are punched out of aluminium coils with very precise gauge, tolerance is as small as ±0.005mm.

Aluminium slug annealing: according to many years of production experience, Fuchuan tech team understand HOW the aluminium grain changed during the annealing process and we provide perfect hardness control to meet customer's application with customized solution.
