Product Description
Tractor towing hitch and connector, bushings
Customized jack parts used for lifting tractor, combines and agriculture machineries
Material: High strength steel or customization
Function
- Tractor towing device implements such as plows, harrows, seeders, or mowers are attached to the tractor's towing device, usually via a three-point hitch or other specialized attachment methods. The operator can adjust the position and angle of the implement using the tractor's hydraulic controls or mechanical linkages to suit the specific requirements of the agricultural operation. With the help of the hydraulic system or mechanical lifting mechanisms of the towing device, the operator can raise or lower the implement as needed.
- Manual jacks are essential for lifting heavy agricultural equipment, such as tractors, combines, and other farm machinery, for maintenance and repair purposes.
Tractor differential case for towing plows, haresters, sprayers, mowers and transporters
Tractor differential assembly kits, differential gearing parts
Material: cast iron, ductile iron for case, carbon steel for gearing
Function
Enable smooth turns
Improve traction and power distribution
Reduce tire and drivetrain wear
Enhance overall vehicle stability and control
Tractor PTO shaft and parts
PTO Clutch, Tractor PTO drive gear, PTO bearing and housing
Material: High-grade steel
Function
- Power Transfer: The PTO shaft serves as a mechanical link between the tractor's power source (usually the engine) and the attached agricultural implement. When the tractor's engine is running, power is transmitted through the transmission system to the PTO output shaft of the tractor
- Connection to Implement: The PTO shaft is then connected to the input shaft of the implement, usually via a universal joint or other coupling mechanism. This allows for some flexibility in the connection to accommodate any angular misalignments or movements between the tractor and the implement during operation.
- Rotation and Power Delivery: As the tractor's PTO output shaft rotates, it drives the PTO shaft, which in turn rotates the input shaft of the implement. This rotational motion is then used to power various components or working mechanisms within the implement, such as the blades of a mower, the auger of a grain drill, or the conveyor of a combine harvester
- Speed and Torque Conversion: In some cases, the PTO shaft may also incorporate gears or other transmission components to adjust the speed and torque of the power output according to the specific requirements of the implement. This allows the tractor to effectively power a wide range of different implements with varying power needs
- Safety Mechanisms: To prevent damage to the tractor, the PTO shaft, or the implement in case of overloads or other abnormal conditions, safety clutches or other protective devices are often incorporated into the PTO system. These safety mechanisms are designed to disengage the power transfer when a certain threshold of torque or other parameters is exceeded, thus protecting the equipment and ensuring operator safety.
