Our cold rolling mill introduced “Quality flow” control tech imported from USA, that two thickness gauges and two speed gauges are installed and it garantees fin&tube stock thickness follows strict tolerance range and make it at high uniform when corrugating in shape


.

Flatness control
Our hot rolling mill equiped with Germany profile gauge,which can control the coil flatness in hot rolling,meanwhile we improve the flatness by tensile&leveling line to repair tiny surface and shape flaws.

Tensile Strength ControlWe introduced imported tensile strength tester and metal phasemeter to guarantee our product’s tensile strength meets client’s requirement.


Product Anti-corrosion ControlIn order to avoid wall perforation caused by corrosion we propose to choose the aluminium alloy electric position 70mV to weaken the corrosion caused by serious potential corrosion.
